Mindful Friday in First Class! 🧘🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

We had a fabulous Mindful Friday today bringing in our teddy bear friends into school! 🧸
Some of the activities included; mindful breathing, mindful yoga, teddy portraits and gratitude/kindness circle.
We also had a dance class with Keith and a Teddy Bear Picnic after! 🧺
